These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FoodCapX platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Overview

FoodCapX is a digital platform that connects users with food processing facilities and related services. The platform enables discovery, booking, and coordination between users and service providers.

FoodCapX does not own or operate the listed facilities unless explicitly stated.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain the security of your account

  • Notify us of any unauthorised use

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Facility Listings

Facilities listed on FoodCapX may provide details such as capacity, equipment, and services. While FoodCapX conducts a pre-listing audit to vet facilities and equipment listed on the platform, we do not guarantee:

  • Facility availability

  • Service delivery quality

  • Accuracy of all information provided by third parties

Users are encouraged to verify information before making commitments.

4. Bookings and Transactions

Users may request or book services through the platform.

By making a booking, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate request details

  • Communicate with the facility where necessary

  • Facilities are required to provide the necessary operators to deliver on booked services, to mitigate risks of mishandling.

  • Honour agreed on payment and service terms

FoodCapX may facilitate communication, but is not responsible for the performance of services by third-party facilities.

5. KYC and Verification

FoodCapX may require identity verification or documentation from users and facilities to maintain trust and platform security.

Failure to complete verification may limit platform access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities

  • Misrepresent information

  • Interfere with platform functionality

  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the system

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and design elements are the property of FoodCapX unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

FoodCapX provides the platform on an “as available” basis.

FoodCapX is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from third-party services

  • Service delays or facility issues

  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Account Suspension

FoodCapX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, underperform on booked services,or pose risks to platform users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
